This exciting project was comprised of several stages. The collector requested a custom surfboard for her vacation home. She asked for an oceanic color story with pops of bright yellow and red. Before the project began, I drafted several Photoshop mock-ups for her to choose from. I wanted the overall feeling of the board to be full of excitement balanced with flowing tranquility alongside the optical illusion of a dimensional wave.
